How does a study day work?
Always the same shape: clear the reviews that are due, then meet the new words. Every word carries “Know it” if you already know it and “Remind me” in 1, 3, 7, 16 or 35 days if you want it back. Due words are cleared one at a time, by giving them a longer gap or marking them known — nothing clears a whole list at once, so the pile stays an honest picture of what you owe.
What happens if I miss a day?
New words wait. Days advance when you finish them, not by the calendar, so a fortnight away leaves the plan exactly where you left it. Reviews still come due on real dates and roll into the next day you show up.
Can I study ahead, or go back?
Both. Finish a day and start the next immediately, as many as you like in one sitting. The day strip on the Today page also steps back to re-mark something you studied earlier, and jumps up to three days ahead to see what is coming.
How fast can I finish TOPIK 4?
Three finish times: Relaxed in 283 days at 10 words a day, Steady in 142 days at 20 words a day, Fast in 71 days at 40 words a day. Every one of them covers all 2,823 words — the difference is only how many land on a day. You can change it whenever you like.
Can I study TOPIK 4 alongside another level?
Yes. Every level keeps its own plan, pace and day count, so starting this one leaves any plan you already have running exactly where it is.
Can I use flashcards instead?
Yes, and it is the same work either way. The TOPIK 4 deck deals from this list, in this order, and writes to the same record: a word you answer in the deck is a word this plan shows as scheduled, and a word you mark “Know it” here never comes up as a card. While a plan is running the deck also stops introducing new words at the end of today's list, so the two cannot drift apart.
What is recall mode?
One toggle blurs every meaning in the day's list so you can test yourself. Click a blurred answer to check it, click again to hide it; each field reveals on its own, so checking one word does not spoil the next. It starts on, because the point of the day's list is to test yourself, and it stays off once you switch it off.
Where is my plan saved?
In this browser. No account is needed and nothing is uploaded while you are signed out, which also means the plan does not follow you to another device and clearing site data resets it. Signing in from the header syncs it across your devices, and it is the only thing signing in does.
