How do you conjugate 가시다 in Korean?
가시다 (to disappear, to fade away) is 가셔요 in the polite 해요체, 가십니다 in formal 합니다체, 가셔 in casual 반말 and 가신다 in the plain written style. The past is 가셨어요.
What is the past tense of 가시다?
가셨어요 in everyday polite speech, 가셨습니다 formally. It is built from the 아/어 form 가셔 plus ㅆ, which is why an irregular stem shows its irregularity here.
Is 가시다 a regular verb?
Yes. Its stem never changes shape: 가십니다, 가셔, 가시니 all keep 가시 intact. Only the ending moves.
