How do you conjugate 망각하다 in Korean?

What is the past tense of 망각하다?
망각핬어요 in everyday polite speech, 망각핬습니다 formally. It is built from the 아/어 form 망각하 plus ㅆ, which is why an irregular stem shows its irregularity here.
