How do you conjugate 맡기다 in Korean?
맡기다 (to entrust) is 맡겨요 in the polite 해요체, 맡깁니다 in formal 합니다체, 맡겨 in casual 반말 and 맡긴다 in the plain written style. The past is 맡겼어요.
What is the past tense of 맡기다?
맡겼어요 in everyday polite speech, 맡겼습니다 formally. It is built from the 아/어 form 맡겨 plus ㅆ, which is why an irregular stem shows its irregularity here.
