But before I end my talk today, I want to leave you with one saying.

우리가 이 결과를 발표하자 두 가지 일이 일어났습니다.

And after we published these results, two things happened.

범죄를 막음으로서 돈을 받는 것입니다.

So we get paid for crimes saved.

나는 이것이 범죄라고 생각하지 않는다.

I don't think this is a crime.

But now, it's a crime scene.

Let me tell you a little story from my own negotiating experience.

So let's take a look at some of the devices that are used in these types of procedures.

Tom learned how to read and write at school.

He does not even know how to sign his name.

저희가 더 성과를 보고 싶은 일이죠.

So that's one place that we'd like to see things go farther down the road.

3년이 넘도록, 성과는 바뀌지 않았습니다.

Over three plus years, no performance tradeoff.

그리고 그 10년 동안의 성과는 없었습니다.

In that ten-year period, I found zero.

First of all, let's think about transaction costs.

They're always the means to an end.
